Bringing out the artist in a child can only be enriching.

Whether your child has artistic talent worthy of a “professional-

in-training”; simply enjoys singing, dancing, and/or

performing for the fun of it; or just loves the camaraderie that

comes from an artistic endeavor, there is a program in this

category to evaluate.

There are worlds of possibilities available to the artistic

child. French Woods Festival of the Performing Arts is one of

options for the child who wants to try out life on the stage.

For the teen who is a budding Steven Spielberg, a devotee of

film, and a prefocused director in the making; then the New

York Film Academy is the pre-eminent school involved in

teaching kids the art of moviemaking. And for those West

Coast film buffs, the New York Film Academy has a Los Angeles

program.

For the child who wants a summer camp and artistic experience

at the same time, there is Hidden Valley Camp, which

is a traditional summer camp for that artistically inclined and

interested child.

The name Juilliard connotes quality in music and performance.

For the child who dreams of becoming a dancer,

this is an opportunity of a lifetime. Children can experience a

program of the highest caliber, and, through this experience,

can decide if this is a dream that they truly want to pursue.

Those of you on the West Coast may want to consider one of

the many different arts programs offered by the California

State School for the Arts.
